There is no other day that has been counted down in a  magnitude worldwide then New Years Eve. Before the clock ticks the tock to midnight, decors are brought out double that of birthday party decorations.

This is prevalent across many cultures, a time when friends congregate in a particular friend’s house dressed to the nines, doing their best to upstage the host.  Aside from donning raiment, and popping the best champagnes around, the host has it on himself or herself burden of the New Year party decorations.
